Your profile is private by default. Employers cannot see your profile unless you explicitly opt in to the candidate database in your dashboard settings. You can change this at any time.
When you apply for a role, the employer who posted that role can see the profile information you submitted with your application.
Your video clips are stored securely via Mux. They are only shared with employers you authorise — either by opting in to the candidate database or by applying for a specific role.
You can delete your video clips from your dashboard at any time.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and row-level security on our database. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised please contact us immediately.
We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
